A Grand Dinner Party – Plan, Acknowledge, Share

4 years ago today, I launched my book A Grand Dinner Party. It was a fun and special evening I’ll always cherish. The book’s focus on employee engagement and experience during corporate disruption is still relevant as we navigate returning to a different kind of workplace with it’s 3 simple tips:
1. Plan to engage employees
2. Acknowledge employees and their contributions
3. Share experiences to maintain connection.

Stay on top of your culture by feeding it! Create a Plan to re-enter the workplace, Acknowledge where employees are at with how they are coping and feeling about returning to work and finally, create space for employees to Share their experiences now and going forward.
